  1. Grease a 24cm springform pan
  2. Crush biscuits (food processor or with a rolling pin) then combine with melted butter
  3. Press biscuit crumbs into the base of the pan and refrigerate until needed
  4. Cream the cream cheese and marscapone together. Sift in the icing sugar and beat until combined
  5. In a separate bowl whip the cream into soft peaks. Fold into the cream cheese mix
  6. Melt the toblerone over a pan of water.
  7. Fold melted toblerone through cream cheese mix
  8. Pour on top of the biscuit base and chill for four hours (minimum)
  9. Decorate with any leftover toblerone
