Ingredients

butter
50
g
caster sugar

tbsp
golden syrup
175
g
plain flour

tsp
baking powder

tsp
ground ginger

tsp
ground nutmeg
Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Melt butter, sugar and golden syrup
Weigh out flour, spices and baking powder
Pour melted ingredients into the dry ingredients
Mix until a dough is formed
Chill for 10 minutes
Roll out and cut out cookie shapes
Place on a baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown
