It’s Sunday, which means that it is time for the #rememberingthesedays for photographs that capture the special moments in family life round up with myself and Clare from Mudpie Fridays . Sundays mean weekly round up time – whoop whoop!
This is the 34th week we’ve been running our little community and we continue to be blown away by the incredible images, the beautiful memories shared and the real community feel that is starting to develop. Instagram is my happy place, and I love that you all share these precious moments with us at #rememberingthesedays.
We are now over 23,000 photos in our community – it’s simply incredible!
We would love you all to keep joining in next week, we love seeing those precious family moments from the ordinary moments to the extraordinary, because let’s face it, when you have children even the ordinary moments become special. Simply tag any photos of your memories #rememberingthesedays for a chance to feature.
Every week when I look through the photos I look for a theme that jumps out at me. This week is all about those faceless adventures you have in the great outdoors…

Memories are made of this
This week I wrote my entry to become a #MarkWarnerMum, complete to song (cheesy 80’s pop mainly, if you love ABBA head over. If not, well I wouldn’t because those tunes are catchy) and when looking through some of our old travel photos I found this shot of me at Petra.
It was the ultimate in travelling with children, because although we took our, then, 16 month old along with us we also took my mum. After climbing the 800 steps to the Monastrey my mum decided to walk no further, the view at eye level was enough, so we left the little one behind with her playing in the sand, eating lunch and looking at camels as myself and the husband scrambled up to the top to see more. A little bit of childcare and help goes a long way to helping you adventure, which is why we’d love to go on a Mark Warner holiday.
Baby Updates
I love Clare’s monthly updates on how (a poorly) Kipper is doing, these are from his 9 month update and are simply adorable. There’s no post up with Clare this week because this little face has been poorly, and at times like these all you need is your mum so her evenings have been preoccupied. Feel better soon Kipper!
We’d love to see your #rememberingthesedays photos, please do tag us over on Instagram.
