Every once in a while you eat something that makes you want to cook it yourself at home, which was the case when I headed down to wash my pants at a new friends house – there is no such thing as a long slow friendship build up when you live in a hotel room with 2 small children for a month – and she had made coconut macaroons.
Melt in the mouth, gluten free, chocolate coconut macaroons.
The type of coconut macaroons that evoke childhood memories.
In other words complete and utter deliciousness where you can’t eat just one.
What’s more they are gluten free if you have any coeliacs in your life, and with only 4 ingredients they are simple enough to get the little chef in your life involved as well.
